The Crooks Planning and Zoning commission is tasked with all issues that involve the zoning of property and the development of the comprehensive plan for the municipality and all other matters that involve zoning issues. The Crooks Planning and Zoning commission is a board composed of up to seven members of the community and an appointed director. Collectively, the board and the director with impetus from the community and elected officials work together to improve Crooks and ensure that Crooks develops in a way beneficial to the community.
