We're making your life easier with many payment and billing options for water and sewer and gas utility bills by offering a variety of different payment options.

You can pay your bill in person, online, by phone, by mail, by automatic withdrawal and credit card/debit card.

By paying online, mobile, phone or credit/debit card in the office certain fees apply. These fees are charged by the processor for the payment and not by the City.

Please be advised that the City does not hold checks. Any check tendered will be cashed on the day it is processed.

After that your registration you can make easy payments from the convenience of your home. Alternatively you can download the "PSN Payments" from the App Store© or Google Play™. TIP: Go online to create your payer profile before using the app, this makes it even easier.

PAY BY PHONE

24-hour automated phone payments can be made by calling 1-877-885-7968 (payments only). You must have your account number ready and a fee applies. If you want to talk to a live representative call 1-866-917-7388. Live representatives are available from 7:00Am - 7:00PM CST from Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST from Saturday to Sunday.

PAY BY AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL

If you would like to pay by automatic withdrawal please fill out the form at the bottom of the page and mail it in to us, through this process Crooks Municipal Utilities can process your payment each month. Payments -- either for the exact amount you owe or any other specified amount -- will be withdrawn on the 25th of each month or the following business day if the 25th falls on a weekend. You'll still receive your monthly bill by mail or you can sign up online and get it delivered to your e-mail address when it is ready. There is no cost for this service. The form can be found at the bottom of the page.

PAY IN PERSON

Payments can be made in person at the Municipal Offices located in the Crooks Community Center. The offices are located at 701 S West Ave, Crooks SD 57020. Office hours are from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. After hours appointments can be scheduled but we asked they be honored. Alternatively, you can drop off your payment in the slot at the Municipal Offices. We will process the payment shortly afterwards. We encourage customers not to drop envelopes with cash off.
