If you are paying your utility bill through PSN (Payment Service Network) and have automatic withdrawal set-up with them, and are currently waiting on your budget amount, please call them at 1.877.885.7968 to stop the withdrawal or stop the withdrawal through the online portal until we have had a chance to send you your budgeted amount. If you do not stop the automatic withdrawal, the transaction will be initiated. 

The ACH withdrawal initiated by the City of Crooks will be manually reviewed prior to being initiated on the 25th of March. The City ACH withdrawal is independent of PSN.
